ACCIDENTS
J.-Smallbridge, a waterside worker, living at 14, Penrose avenue, was struck by a tray on the steamer Port Nicholson, berthed at the King's Wharf, yesterday afternoon, and received injuries to his right leg. He was taken to a doctor by the City Ambulance, and then to his home.
Through a motor-eycle and side-car colliding with a motor-ear in Adelaide road, near Luxford street, early last evening, N. F. "Whyte, a railway employee, and a painter, Frank Williams, were injured. Whyte received au incised wound on the right leg," and also suffered shock; Williams injured his right thighbone. Both men were removed to the hospital by the City Ambulance.
A collision between a motor-cycle and a motor-lorry at the corner of Dariiell and Constable streets just before 8 o'clock this morning resulted in K. H. Downes, a carpenter, who lives at 3, Park avenue, Lower Hutt, being taken to the hospital by the City Ambulance, suffering from a severe lacerated wound on the right foot.
