Harvey, Custodian of Expropriated Properties in New Guinea and Federal, Trustee, against the decision of the Secretary to the Treasury arising out of charge of misconduct in his official position, in consequence of which Harvey's salary of £900" a year was reduced as a penalty to £700, following suspension.
