BUGBY, 4th-June It is understood that' an announcement regarding the provision of a permanent memorial to the, first Atlantic &&* m?ds by Sir John Alcock and Sir Arthur Whittem Brown on 14th June^ 1919, will be made at a luncheon to be held next week to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the flight. It i s >«?- posed to erect obelisks at their starting pomt m Newfoundland and at the finishing pomt in Ireland, and^in adfc .tion- to hold each year on 14th June a special anniversary of .the event in aviation history.
