When Sir Senry Buekletpn, general manager of .the Bank of New Zealand, went to the bank yesterday faoriing. as usual, he was met by the -assembled staffs of head office and the staffs of the Wellington, Te Aro, Wellington South, North End, . and Hutt and,; Petone branches, who lined/the' corridor.. ap. proach to the general manager's room, and he was cheered .by over. 150 members assembled. He was accompanied, by Lady Buckleton, who early that morning had received from head office staff a magnificent basket of flowers; A reception was held in the- general manager's room, and all present congratulated Sir Henry and Lady Buckleton on their newly-conferred titles.
