Newman, and also with failing to account for £175, the property of his emPlo3; er- The accused pleaded guilty The evidence showed'that Miller was managing the Hon. E. Newman's farm at Kai Kai, and sold wool and skins through other firms than tho one required. He was committed,to the Supreme Court, Wellington, for sentence.
