VALUATION SUSTAINED

In spite of the statements frequently heard after the recent revaluation of Lower Hutt properties that the Government Valuer haa placed Igo high a valuation on many properties, there was only one ratepayer present at the Lower Hutt Assessment Court' this morning to lodge an objection. Francis "S'-m™ 5 objected to a -valuation of sauiu on his property just north of the tuba, street road ramp, on the ground that the ramp had decreased the value of the land. Tie valuation was sustained by the Court.
