Wellington City Council pursuant to the provisions of the Wellington City and Suburban Water Supply Act, 1927, the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and the Municipal Corporations;. That a Special Loan of Fourteen tnousand two hundred pounds (£14200) to be knownas "The: Wellington City and J Suburban Water Supply Loan, 1929," be raised by the Wellington City Council tor the purpose of acquiring land at Akatarawa necessary for carrying out- the works and operations authorised by the Wellington City and Suburban Water Supply Act, 1927. : , . 2.
