DELHI, Ist June. Amanullah, interviewed at Bombay, emphatically denied the rumour that, owing to the defeat of his forces, he had left Afghanistan. He considered himself unsuccessful owing to the treachery and faithlessness of certain tribes during the course of the march, on Kabul against Bacehas Sakao and "his band of thieves."
