WASHINGTON, Ist June. The prediction is made by members Oi. Congress that the Labour victory in the British elections, if sufficiently complete, will bring about the early recognition of the Russian Soviet Government by Brtain, and by the United' States later. One Senator declared that the United States would be forced to follow the British Government's move in this regard.
