Aug. sem (Germany) beat Miss Heine (South | Africa), 5-7, 6-3, 6-4.- Miss Eileen Beii-. nett (England) beat Miss JNeava (England), 7-5, 6-1. Mme. Mathieu" (France) beat Mrs. Watson (England), 4-6, 6-3, 6-1. Miss Helen Wills (U.S.A.) beat Mme. Lafaurie (France 1). 6-4, 6-1. J> Men's Singles.—R. Laeoste (France) beat B. yon Kehrling (Austria), 8-6,1-6, 6-0, 6-3. Henri Cochet (France) beat Jacques Brugnon (France), '7-5, 3-6, 9-7, 6-4. W. Tilden (U.S.A.) beat H. h. de Morpurgo (Italy), 9-11, 3-6, 6-1, 6-2, 8-6. PARIS, Ist June. Following are the results in tha chan* pionships at Paris:— Women's Singles.—Semi-final: Mile.
