A crowd of 20,000 people ruahcd the-iop<sg and special guards to greet Pilot Bobbins and his assistant Kelly The lattor was greeted by his wife and five-year-old son. The pilots rode to considerable fortune as well as fame. In addition to contributions of nearly £4000, they have offers of newspaper, magazine articles, pictures and vaudeville tours. Thwr motor is still perfect, the prbI peller being the only part of the 'plane damaged, long cracks showing the severity of the hailstorm.
