BUGBY, 24th April. - Sir Austen Chamberlain stated in reply ■to a question in the -House of Commons that Hafez Afifi Bey, Acting Foreign Minister of Egypt, was engaged in a tour of inspection'of the various Egyptian Diplomatic Missions in Europe which had naturally included a visit to this country. He would undoubted-ly-take advantage of the opportunity to discuss current business, but His Excellency, it was believed, had no intention of proposing negotiations ■with the, British Government. ,
