FOXTON, This Day.

At a large and representative meeting held last night a company *was formed, to be called the Himitangi Shipping Co., Ltd., with a capital of £10,000, to take over tho steamer Coolebar, purchased in Sydney in anticipation, which purchase was confirmed by tho shareholders. Over half tho sltarc capital was subscribed by. those present.

This steamer will trade between Lyt telton and 3?oxton. She is a twinscrew vessel 150 ft long, with 30ft beam, and carries 325 tons on a light draft. SChe vessel will he commissioned at an gaily date.
