(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, 26th April. "He is incorrigible," said the police, when Cecil Arthur Hensley, aged 24, a jockey, was charged with converting a car to his own use. That was his third similar offence. He was sentenced'to three months' hard labour.
