The "Daily Telegraph's" political correspondent says that if Mr. Baldwin wins'the election, Mr. Winston Churchill will'go to the Dominions Office. Mr. Neville Chamberlain will become Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Sir William Joyiison-Hicka will become Minister'of Health. , '■,
Conservative, organisers anticipate a clear majority 'of , fifty. ,
