EASTBOURNE MAYORALTY
Mr. H. M. Jones, Mayor of Eastbourne, has agreed to contest tho Mayoralty at the forthcoming election. A deputation waited upon Mr. Jones N on Wednesday evening, asking that, in view of the water and drainage scheme and other important proposals affecting Eastbourne, he should again stand. Mr. Jones agreed to the .request,: stating that it was a great privilege for him to be able to do anything which would be of benefit t6 the borough. ' .
