The Atlantic and Mediterranean Fleets are separating after valuable manoeuvres which resulted in noteworthy differences of opinion concerning air versus sea arms. The predominating opinion of the higher command holds that aircraft are developing and improved, but insist that the value of sea power is still undiminished.
