A message from Baton Eougo, Lousiana, states that there wore nineteen charges in the Bill of'impeachment of Huey Long, Louisiana's thirty-four-year-old Governor, filed to-day i:. the Lower House pf the State; Legislature. Among the charges were "attempting to hire and induce murder," malfeasance in office, and habitual drunkenness.
