ACCIDENT ON STEAMER

A waterside worker, M. O'Connor, had his left hip injured by a piece of timber falling on him ■while he was working in the hold of the steamer Otira at the Pipitea Wharf this morning. After being attended to by a doctor ho was taken to his homo in Manchester street by the- City Ambulance.
