The autumn meeting of the Southland KacIng Club concluded to-day In warm weather. There was a fair attendance, Including the Primo Minister and party. The track was holding. ' Tho totalisator handled £9929, against £13,505 last year. The total for the meeting was £19,125, against £27,210 last year. Itesults:—

Myross Handicap, of 150 soys; seven furlongs.— c Night Maid, carried 7.3 (L. Woolford), 1; 2 Cupid's Dart, 9.0, 2; 4 Battle Maid, 8.2, S. Also started : 7 Arrowy, carried 8.9, 5 Narrative, carried 8.5, 1 Vinegrove, carried 8.0, 3 Lucky Maid, carried 7.7, 9 Top Speed 7.7, 10 Mananul, carried 7.4, 8 Polliug Day, carried 7.10%. Won by a head, a head between second and third. Vinegrove was fourth. Time, linlu 33 2-sscc.
