A conference .of ■ the New Zealand Printing Trades Association passed a resolution that total exemption from drill should bo granted to: all apprentices who attend Technical College classes; that leave obtained for attending military camp's shall not be regarded as an annual holiday; and that all apprentices shall attend Technical College classes where available and that the fees'be paid by the employer.
