AUCKLAND, This Day.

The. Arbitration Court recorded a judgment by consent in favour of Agnes M. M'lnteer for £1000 compensation claimed in., respect of tho death of her husband, Thomas Joseph M'lntocr, a manufacturing .plumber, who was employed by George M'Cane. Ho fell through the floor of a building into the cellar on 3rd December, and died from injuries.
