T^OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all -^ Licenses and Registration Certificates issued by. tho City Council in respect of premises used for any of the following purposes, expire oh 31st March, and under the provisions of Regulations under the Health Act, 1920, and the City By-laws, no person shall use any premises for euch purpose without securing license or registration or renewal o£ license or registration: — (1) Hairdressilig. (2) As an Eatinghouse, which include! any premises in which food is prepared and sold to the public to be eaten on the premises. , (3) For the vending or purveying of meat. (4) For the storage or sale of, or for the boning, curing, canning, salting, mincing, or other process of preI paration of meat or fat of animals or of poultry or fish for human food. (5) As a Bakehouse. (C) For tlie storage or sale' of bread of pastry. (7) For the storage or sale of Fruit and Vegetables. (8) For the manufacture, preparation, storage or sale of ice cream or ices, cordials, syrups, aerated waters, or beverages. Written application i'o.r license or registration, or renewal of ■ license or registration, must be made on the form which was issued with tho current license or registration, or obtainable at•• the City Health Inspector's Oifice, Civic Chambers, Corner of Cuba and Wakefield streets, and should be completed and returned to that office not later than 31st March, 1929.
