MEXICO CITY, 12th March,
The Government expresses the opinion that the back of the revolution is Broken, and it is looking for the fall of the cities of Torreon and Durango within forty-eight hours. It believes that within a week the situation-will be merely one of wiping out scattered groups of rebels.
