VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND

BRITISH NATIONAL UNION

GOVERNMENT ASSURES

WELCOME

United StTTlce.

(Beceived 12th March, 10 a.m.)

LONDON, 11th March. The executive of the British National Union has decided to organise a Jvisit to New Zealand at the end of 1929 and early in 1930. It has been assured of the Government's welcome and full cooperation. A party of-eighty will be drawn from all the Dominions, '? and spend four or five weeks in New Zealand. Although the Australian Government's promise of assistance is greatly appreciated, the proposed visit to Australia is shelved mainly on account of time and expense.
