In view of fthe fact that the King's doctors insist \ that he must have at least four lniwnths' rest, it ia stated that it is likely that a Regency Bill will be introduced to deal with the dissolution of Parliament. In the formation of a uqvt, Government constitutional issues ai»d questions of policy may arise which ''will need-the full functioning of the Monarchy. The Council of State at preseiat acting on the King's warrant is precluded from dissolving Parliament. . '■■.'.
