STOP-OUT CLUB
The annual meeting of the Stop-out Association Football Club was held in the club rooms, about thirty members being present. ,
The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, the Rev. T. Fiolden Taylor; vice-presidents, the Rev. P. A. Stanley, Messrs.'J. P. Corder J. H. Halliwell, G. L. Collins and J. H. Gaskin; secretary, Mr. Ei Anderson; fclub captain, Mr. H.-Irviug; delegatel to W.F.A., Mr. J. Hitchen; management committee, Messrs. G. White, P. Hemp, I.M'Phee, J. M'lvor, and M.' Power. ;
It was decided to enter teams in several grades, the number being probably seven.
The report showed that last season's teams wore very' successful, the third division having won. the championship and challenge cups, and the other having finished well up in their respective competitions.
The club, it was stated, was anxious to obtain the assistance of ex-players to assist with the, lower grades this season.
