The-' "Daily Telegraph's" political correspondent states that Cabinet has given general approval of the "Hilton Young Commission's proposals for the closer union of dependencies in Eastern and Central Africa. It is proposed to appoint a High Commissioner to work out the arrangements for modifying tlve construction of Kenya.
