' Sow seed of, porennials, biennials, and some hardy annuals. Cloak up all dirty corners and so get rid of the harbour for slugs, snails, woodliee, and. other insect pests., ■ VEGETABLE GARDEN. Plant out cabbage, cauliflowers, and s # av6ys as soon as the weather breaks. Spray' cabbago. -and other crops .of that kind at the first sign of fly, with kerosene, emulsion or quassia spray.
