"Bolshevism is dead. Stalin is losing power,' and Trotsky is politicallydead," said Kerensky in an interview with the "Quotidien." "I am certain that the present regime in Russia will be modified. There will not bo tho usual coup d'etat. A new system of Government will gradually be born as tho result of progressive evolution."
