The correspondent understands that owing to the grade of the street only half o f the thoroughfare is to be surfaced. He contends that many steeper streets have been attended to, and urges that the residents arc entitled to^rehef.irom the dust nuisance. The correspondent claims that camping grounds in this district are not particularly numerous, and the time is passing when opportunities for the purchase of suitable areas will b« available. '
