MEXICO CITY, 4th March.

Ex-President Calles has taken over the duties of quelling the Mexican military revolt, and has been made Sccrotary of War. The States of Souora and Vera Cruz are' controlled by rebels who also, claim six other States.' Thero has been no bloodshed, the revolting military commanders taking control without firing, but revolutionary troops ' began moving northward from Vera Cruz on Monday in the direction of Mexico City.
