Nationalist newspapers continuo to comment cynically on tho arrest of Heine, Most of them declare that the affair is mysterious aud incredible. Tho "Deutsche Zeitung" says that tho arrest was "prearranged."
The "Tageblatt" says that "FrancoBelgian embarrassment proves that the documents are not forgeries. '' The "Lokal'Anzeiger" holdg> that the Utrecht "Dagblad" will prove tho documents genuine.
The "Voiles Zeituug" says that whether Heine's story is true or not, the fact remains ,that the terms of the Treaty "remain unpublished."
The Socialist "Vorwarts" alone ac eepts Heine's confession.
