Allen and Arnott have had successes in Australia, and their contents with the visiting Australians should serve as an excellent example of the thrills which have made 'dirt-track racing so popular in other countries. Other competitors include winners of championships in recent motor-cycle races on the grass track, and it was only lnst Saturday at Auckland that Eanby won the middleweight championship, and Kilmister, Morgan, Arnott, and Bray were among the conspicuous performers, Arnott; winning a five;milc handicap in one of: the most thrilling finishes of the day.
