This by-law shall be incorporated with and form part of the by-laws of the Council of tho County of Hutt made by Special Order passed on the 10th 'day .of June, 1924, and confirmed on the Bth day of July, 1924, and , which .came into force on the.4tb day of August, 1924. 2. Motor vehicle means any motor-car, motor carriage, motor-cycle, or other vehicle propelled . upon public streets wholly or partly by any volatile spirit, steam, oil, or by any means other than animal power- except vehicles used ir railways or tramways. 3.
