The text is published to-day of tlio letter in which the Trades Union Songress accepts the invitation to a conference received from the National Confederation of Employers' Organisations and the' Federation of British Industries. The letter referred to the conference regrets the decision of the employers' organisations not to accept the interim report Of the conference on industrial reorganisation and industrial relations, and expresses a desire to hear their explanation of the difficulties in the way of consultation through the National Industrial Council. The letter adds that the "Trades Union Council would then consider in the light of proceedings at this conference whether further steps could usefully be taken." .
