Addressing women Conservatives, Sir William Joynson-Hieks, Homo Secretary, referred to tho Kellogg Pact. He said that this country had no objection to America laying dovn cruisers. Ho could not conceive of America ever using her cruisers except as an ally of Great Britain. Ho could niiit visualise tho possibility and infinite sfwpidity of war between tho two greait AngloSaxon nations of tho world.
