Mr. Parker Gilbert's fifth report shows that funds available for distribution this year totals A 55,279,000,' which, has actually been transferred, excluding expenses amounting to £2,----246,000. France will receive £22,834,----000, the British Empire £10,193j000, British Army of occupation £316,000, Italy £3,305,000, Belgium £2,320,000, and the United States £1,734,000. ..'.. .;
