PARTIES TO DISPUTE
PROCEDURE ARRANGED
Australian Press Association.
LONDON, Bth February.
. Tho parties to the Salvation Army dispute, have mutually arranged that Mr. W. A. Jowitt, JLC, shall present General Booth's case to the High Council on Wednesday, sitting in London. No further meetings at Sunbury, owing to the inconvenience of travelling, aro intended at present. •
, As soon as Mr. Jowitt has finished the* council will submit an adjudication resolution. If the Sunbury majority is repeated, the council will proceed to the election of a new General. Probably the election will be a straight fight between Commissioner Higgins and Commander Eva Booth. It is recalled that five were nominated at Sunbury, but Commissioners Hay, Lamb, and Rich dropped out, after the feeling of tho meeting had been tested, and it is not expected that they will seek. rcnomination.
