SYDNEY, This Day.
As the result of the timber strike.the Labour Council Executive decided to impose a levy of a shilling a week on adult males and sixpence a week on females on all members who are working. A significant feature is the special .exemption from the levy given to the Miners' Federation in view of the condition existing in the coal industry.
