The opening day's racing of the Glsborne Racing Club's Summer Meeting was held in ideal weather, and the course was lv excellent eonditiou. ' The totalisator investments totalled £11.281 for the .seven races, against £10,422 ou the first day last year with eight races on the programme. . Kesults are as follow: —
