SALE OF PETROL
MOTORISTS' RESOLUTION
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHUBCH, 7th Feb. Representatives of the motor traders and the executive of the South Island Motor Union conferred in committee to-night oji the question of petrol prices. The following resolution was carried: "That in tho opinion of this conference, it is in tho best interests ..of motorists and tho Motor Traders' Association that some mutual arrangement be come to between this union and tho Motor Traders' Association for the importation and distribution of petrol in the South Island; and that a further conference be arranged between the South Island Motor Union and representative's of the Motor Traders' Association to'work out details."
