Two other aoroplanos duo to fly to Kabul from Peshawar to rescuo foreigners aro held up by bad weather. Tho Foreign Office at Kabul was reopened, and is most friendly to tho Legations. All foreigners aro courteously treated.' Malik Ghiasuddin Ghilzai, tho tribal loader, is threatening Baccha's troops at Gardez, and is a claimant for power in tho Khost province. Baccha is not leaving Kabul. Thero is a lull in the fighting at present.
