SMITH AND ULM SOON
SOUTHERN CROSS AGAIN
RECORD FLIGHT IN VIEW

SYDNEY, This Day.
It is understood that SquadronLeader Kingsford Smith and FlightLieutenant Ulm are planning a flight to England in the Southern Cross in about a month's time, accompanied by Messrs. Litehfleld and 'M'WilKims. Smith hopes to accomplish the journey in twelve days, although he may bo delayed by unfavourable weather.
The "Sydney Morning Herald" says that Kingsford Smith and TJlm will begin their flight to England in the Southern Cross in three weeks' time. The two objects of the flight are to set up a time record and to hasten arrangements for the shipping from Europe of aeroplanes to be used in the Mclbourne-to-Brisbano air service.
