MR. WALSH RESIGNS

It was announced at the annual conference of the Lancashire and Cheshire Miners' Federation, to which ho was re-elected a president, that Mr. Stcphea Walsh, M.P., had resigned his candidature for Inco Division in consequence of ill-health. Mr. Walsh has been suffering from intlucnza since 4th January.
