MEAT EXPORTS FROM SOUTH AMERICA.
The New Zealand Meat Producers' Board has received a cable from its representative at Buenos Aires, South. America, advising the following shipments to the United Kingdom for (he fortnight ended 17th January from Argentine and Uruguay: 343,050 quarters chilled beef, 13.728 quarters frozen beef, 67,028 carcasses frozen mutton. 209.000 carcasses frozen lamb. The quantity shipped to. the Continent of Europe' during the saiiie purion was as follows: 39,764 quarters frozen beef, 10,163 carcasses frozen mutton, OG3 carcasses frozen lamb.
