WRONG MAN ARRESTED

The police have again arrested the wrong man in connection with the murder at Boonjio last August. A seventh man was recently detained at Thursday Island, and arrived under escort at Cairns to-day. He now declares that' Ids name is not Kelly, whom the police want, but Gordon Franks. This has been confirmed. Ho also repudiates the allegation that ho committed the murder. The police axe convinced that he ia not the man wanted. ,
