ASSAULT ON CONSTABLE

DUNEDIN, This Day. For assaulting a constable, who sustained a scalp wound and received hospital treatment, Albert Harris was sentenced to three months 1 imprisonment. The constable was arresting another man when he was kicked by the accused.
