Tho slory of a great adventure is told in "Tho Trail of "US," now beiug screened at tho Do Luxe Theatre. »It deals with a tiiigic struggle ■ against tho forces nf Nature and the- greed for gold during the famous Klondike gold rush, when Dawsou City tell in blazing milts nut! wlivii avalanches overwhelmed hundreds of prospectors, only tho very hardiest prospectors prevailing as a result of their indomitable spirit and courage. In the cast aro many famous players, including Dolores del Rio, Kmily Fitzvoy,' and Polly Moran in" the- principal feminine roles, and Ralph Forbes, Karl Dane, Tully Marshall, Harry Carey, George. Cooper, Tenen Holt/,, llusscll Simpson, and others playing the male leads. Only one other picture is included on the programme, and that is a New Zealand Gazette, arranged by tho Publicity Department. Tho music has been specially selected so as to be in keeping with tho programmo screened, Mr. Emanuel Aarons prcsidinv at tlio Wurlitzcr organ. The programme will be screened over a period of two weeks.
