NECESSARY POSTPONEMENT Australian: Press Association. (Beccived 18th December, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 17th December. Owing to the King's illness, the New Tear's honours have been postponed. Tho official comment, at the Palace is that the bulletin indicates that: tha King has made another step forward. The advance is very slight, but Hi 3 Majesty's condition for the moment is on the up grade. The last threo bulletins have all recorded a noticeable improvement. . . ■
